Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Association Manager at Workshaala Spaces in Kolkata. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering a sense of community among tenants, handling tenant inquiries and concerns, organizing events and activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in property or facility management
• Knowledge of community building and event coordination
• Ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Oversee and manage all facility operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operating efficiently
• Be the first point of escalation for clients
• Vendor Management
• Handling Manpower staff
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate or coworking industry is a plus
