Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

Republic Media Network is seeking a diligent, experienced, and proactive Housekeeping Executive/Supervisor to oversee and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep at our Noida Sector 158 facility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, safety protocols, and be able to manage housekeeping staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for the facility, including offices, studios, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Inspect and audit cleanliness levels regularly and report deviations or issues promptly.
• Train new and existing housekeeping staff on best practices, chemical usage, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, admin, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced housekeeping services (if applicable).
• Prepare periodic reports on housekeeping performance and requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a corporate or media house environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, agents, and equipment with safe handling practices.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of housekeeping software/tools (if any).
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-demand media environment with flexible hours if needed.
