Job Title: eLearning Developer

Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Role Overview: We are looking for an eLearning Developer who has a foundational understanding of Vyond, Canva, Adobe suit, and Articulate (basic proficiency is acceptable) and is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital learning. You will work closely with the L&D team to develop interactive learning materials and enhance training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design eLearning modules, animations, and interactive content using tools like Vyond and Articulate.

Assist in creating storyboards, video scripts, and voice-over integration for training programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform content into engaging digital learning experiences.

Support in LMS (Learning Management System) updates and content uploads.

Ensure courses are visually appealing, easy to understand, and aligned with learning objectives.

Continuously learn and explore new eLearning tools, trends, and best practices. What We're

Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.

Basic knowledge of Vyond, Canva, Adobe suit, and Articulate (proficiency is not mandatory but should be willing to improve).

Passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in digital learning.

Strong creativity and storytelling skills to create engaging content.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
