NOC Engineer

Experience :-

3+ years network, Cisco, & Windows Server experience required.

Ability to interface effectively with various levels of management, customers, and parts of operations.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.

Responsibility -

Unifi Network Infrastructure (setup, configuration, and management).

Cisco Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs).

Networking Fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless networks).

Cybersecurity (threat prevention, endpoint protection, patch management).

Backup Management.

Experience with Cove Data Protection (formerly SolarWinds Cove).

Understanding of backup policies, monitoring, and recovery.

End-user support.
