Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant at Dharana at Shillim, located in Pune. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, laundering linens and towels, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, changing bed linens, vacuuming, and replenishing room amenities. Room Attendants will also interact with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Clean Rooms skills
• Experience in Laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
