Senior Chef

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Ice Cream Chef to lead our production facility. If you have a deep love for frozen desserts and the leadership skills to manage a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily ice cream production operations
• Manage and lead a team of 20+ staff
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
• Maintain cold chain best practices throughout production and distribution
• Handle inventory, sourcing, and production planning
• Generate and analyze basic reports (Excel, Word)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP, or other local food safety standards
• Experience in cold chain manufacturing
• Proven leadership skills and team management
• Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, inventory tools)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Background in scaling production processes
• Experience in training junior chefs or new hires
• Understanding of cost control
• Strong background in Quality Control and sanitation protocols
• Handling and documenting food audits and inspections
