About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Commerce Cloud Consultant with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver high-quality solutions for our e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OCC Web Services, REST APIs, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand pain points, provide solutions, and guide the team on developing detailed requirements.
• Lead the design and development of storefronts, catalogs, widgets, and mappings as part of Agile sprints.
• Refine customer requirements and document them for client approval.
• Implement custom payments, catalogs, and workflows.
• Integrate data from external systems using REST APIs and JSON scripts.
• Customize and extend Oracle Commerce Cloud functionality with Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Administer and optimize Oracle Commerce Cloud, including deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems, including payment gateways and tax processors.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and stability.
• Stay updated on Oracle Commerce Cloud updates, patches, and new features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• In-depth knowledge of OCC Web Services and OCC REST APIs.
• Experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud administration (deployment, configuration, performance tuning).
• Expertise in custom payments, custom catalogs, and workflow implementation.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and principles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
