Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the role includes fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
