Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment at our construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and take corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
• Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response planning at site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Safety Management or relevant field.
• Certification in Industrial Safety (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent observation and hazard identification skills.
• Good communication and training abilities.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in real estate/construction projects.
