Salary – UPTO 25 LPA Depends on Experience

We are building intelligent, data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and drive impactful health outcomes. As an AI Developer, you will play a critical role within the Data & AI Engineering team, working at the intersection of machine learning, data infrastructure, and product innovation. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power key business functions such as user engagement, retention, recommendation systems, forecasting, and automation (including content, image, and speech recognition). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, data engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. The team's vision is to leverage AI to create personalized, intelligent, and scalable wellness experiences for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build LLM-based apps (chatbots, copilots)

* Work on Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector DBs

* Integrate AI with backend systems (Python / Node.js / Microservices)

* Optimize performance (latency, cost, scalability)

Tech Stack:

* Python (must), Node.js (good to have)

* TensorFlow / PyTorch

* LangChain / LlamaIndex

* Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

* SQL / NoSQL, Redis

* OpenSearch / Elasticsearch (good to have)

Cloud & DevOps:

* AWS / GCP / Azure

* Docker, CI/CD

* Model deployment & monitoring

Required Skills:

* Strong ML, NLP, Deep Learning fundamentals

* Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI / Claude / LLaMA)

* Prompt engineering & RAG experience

* Fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT – plus)
