Role overview

As a Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in Health Tick's growth. Your responsibility would be to lead a team of Health Coaches. You will be responsible for their hiring, training, QA of calls and messages, and ensuring that your team overall gives excellent service to people and help them achieve all their health goals. You will also be responsible for making sure that no wrong information is being delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hiring & Scaling: Recruit and onboard high-performing Health Coaches who align with the HealthTick philosophy
• Training: Design and lead training programs that shift coaches away from a 'prescriptive diet mindset' toward a 'holistic wellness/behavior change mindset.'
• Performance Management: Set KPIs for the coaching team and ensure every coach is hitting their targets for user engagement and health outcomes.
• Call & Message Audits: Regularly monitor coach-user interactions (calls and chats) to ensure empathy, clarity, and adherence to our core methodology.
• Fact-Checking: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for information. Ensure that no unscientific information is are delivered to our users.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine standardized response protocols for common user challenges in the four pillars: Eating, Sleep, Stress, and Activity.
• Clinical Success: Take ultimate accountability for user results, including weight loss and the reversal of lifestyle conditions (PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension).
• Case Review: Lead weekly 'Difficult Case' reviews with coaches to troubleshoot users who are plateauing or struggling with deep-rooted habits.

What we're looking for

• Education: Minimum Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition.
• Experience: 3+ years in a Managerial or Team Lead role of a team of clinical nutritionist
• Mindset: A strong belief in Holistic Wellness. At Health Tick, we believe in sustainable weight loss by building healthy habits instead of giving diet plans.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex science for coaches and users.
• Location: Ability to work full-time from our office (WFO).
