Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduattes for a hands-on Human Resources position. This role offers extensive exposure to HR operations and strategic initiatives within our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management
• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations
• Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Support the coordination of training and development programs
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on HR/Organizational Behavior preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
