Sr Manager-Delivery (CPL/CPS)

Designation: Associate Director/Sr. Manager -Delivery (CPL/CPS)

Office Location: Gurgaon

Position Description:

The delivery team is responsible for overall coordination so as to manage end-to-end ad campaign delivery. It is also responsible for managing interactions & sustaining relations with all publishers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the CPS affiliate channel, disbursement of offers, quality of delivery, margin management, and channel expansion.
• Maximization of campaign deliveries in terms of ROI as well as absolute volume while maintaining the required margin targets.
• Growing business from existing affiliates
• He/she would be responsible for the overall health of all campaigns, managing sales team/client expectations, and coordinating with the technical operations teams for required integrations.
• Recruiting new affiliates as & when needed.

Required Skills:

• Graduation/ Post graduation in any discipline from a recognized college/institution
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the digital advertising domain, preferably with the CPS campaign model.
• Knowledge of Coupons & Cashback inventory, SEM tools & Reseller/Bulk-buying, etc shall be an added advantage.
• A fair understanding of basic concepts/matrix including but not limited to Cost per lead, Cost Per Visit, Cost Per Open, Cost Per Mailer
• Record of working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Multitasking in a high-pressure environment
• Basic finance understanding to manage the overall revenue and cost reconciliation
• Working with the team to continuously better process efficiency and minimize issues
• A mindset of troubleshooting/ problem solving as required
• Maniacal attention to detail and very strict adherence to timelines
