Experience: 4+ years, 5+ Years, 7+ Years (Associate & Mid- Senior Level)

Type: Full-time / Contract

We are seeking a Level 2 Product Support Engineer / SRE to manage and support production systems for critical business applications. The role involves incident resolution, system monitoring, and working closely with development teams to ensure stability and performance. You should have strong experience in Java, SQL, Unix, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting
• Exposure to ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, and change management)
• Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatrace
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting production deployments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
