Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Marketing Head for Pharma (India and ROW) at Omni Protech Drugs Limited, located in Pune. The Marketing Head will be responsible for overseeing market planning and marketing management, conducting market research, managing sales and public relations, and developing marketing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to deliver quality marketing initiatives and ensure the company's market growth. The head has to set up his own team depending on the strategies discussed with management. The main focus would be creating GTM strategies for different products and also identify products to market.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Strong skills in Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in Public Relations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
