Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, inventory, returns, customer insights, and operational performance.
- Track KPIs such as order flow, sales trends, stock movement, category performance, and promotional impact.
- Identify gaps, variances, and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Automate reports and dashboards for efficient data analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, merchandise, operations, finance, and marketing) for data requirements.
Catalogue Management
- Manage end-to-end catalog processes for apparel products across marketplaces and brand website.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings including product descriptions, attributes, images, size charts, pricing, and inventory details.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, consistency, and SEO-friendly content for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor live listings and resolve issues related to product visibility, categorization, or pricing discrepancies.
- Ensure catalog compliance with marketplace and platform guidelines.
Data & Process Management
- Maintain accurate master data for SKUs, product codes, categories, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/operations team to update availability.
- Ensure timely removal of inactive or discontinued products from catalogs.
- Responsible for PO (Purchase Order) generation for goods movement from vendor to warehouse, ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Fashion Management or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and catalog management (preferably in apparel/fashion e-commerce).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions), Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of catalog management systems, marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.), and e-commerce CMS.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace panels, ERP systems, and e-commerce tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
