Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. The candidate must have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce applications.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment processes.
• Guide and mentor the team in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and best coding practices.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Work closely with the Salesforce Architect and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Triggers.
• Experience in leading teams and handling end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
• Experience in CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, AutoRABIT, and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/ Platform Developer II.
