Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

What Makes You a Fit:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (Contract, Contract-to-hire & Permanent).
• Strong exposure working with top Tier 1 and Tier 2 implementation partners across India.
• Proven track record in successfully placing candidates in SAP (all modules), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and ERP/CRM roles.
• Hands-on experience in niche hiring: SAP (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA), Cloud (AWS, Azure), Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, etc.
• Experience in sourcing from various job portals like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (formerly Monster), etc.
• Expertise in Boolean search and headhunting passive candidates through LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Ceipal preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and submission targets.
