Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can lead brand communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, video editors, and shoot teams, manage monthly social media calendars, coordinate with clients, and curate impactful content and campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, digital marketing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage brand communication across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality creative output.
• Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Curate, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand tone.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns tailored to client goals.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, understanding briefs and presenting ideas.
• Stay updated with current trends, formats, and marketing methods across platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content as per schedules.
• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations based on insights and engagement.
• Act as a team leader, guiding and mentoring creative and content teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a brand management or similar role within an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategies.
• Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills.
• Strong proofreading and content curation abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination and management.
• Familiarity with trending tools, formats, and platforms (Reels, Shorts, AI tools, etc.).
