Our technology services client is seeking multiple Customer Service Associate to join their team on a Full Time basis. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Customer Service Associate

Experience: 6 Months- 3 Years

Location: Wagle, Industrial Estate, Thane, Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate

Job Description:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years in customer service, retention, upselling, sales, or collections (voice process preferred).
• US process experience is an added advantage.

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass. Graduates preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and a fast-paced collections environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools and MS Office).
