We're Hiring: SMT Process Engineer & SMT Supervisor

Location: Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2–6 years (flexible for exceptional candidates)

SMT Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle SMT process operations including Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow.
• Lead process optimization, quality improvements, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work on line efficiency, defect analysis, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes and to upgrade it.
• Strong knowledge of SMT rework,process control and deal with process abnormities.
• Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements and decrease rejection rate.
• Ability to evaluate new component and new process.

SMT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SMT production line.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines.
• Supervise manpower allocation and monitor production output.
• Maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Make and analyze production data and suggest improvements
• Prior experience in SMT line supervision.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of SMT processes.
• Cycle time calculation and manpower allocation study.
