Job Title: Meta Ads Executive (1 Year Experience)

Location: Noida Sec 6 (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to drive measurable results through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads Manager).
• Conduct A/B testing to identify effective creatives and audience segments.
• Monitor ad performance, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA, and report on key metrics regularly.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and ad copies.
• Implement pixel tracking, events setup, and conversion tracking via Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and other performance measurement tools.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to handle ad spends efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of other ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Meta Blueprint certification (optional but preferred).
