ERP Executive

Your Responsibilities:

End-to-End ERPNext Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy ERPNext modules tailored to our manufacturing workflows.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with production, inventory, accounts, HR, and sales teams to digitize and optimize operations.

Process Design & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and implement ERP-based solutions that are both smart and scalable.

Training & Support: Conduct hands-on sessions for users and act as the go-to expert for anything ERPNext-related. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop real-time visualizations to help management track performance and efficiency.

Documentation & Maintenance: Ensure system documentation is up to date and troubleshoot issues like a pro.

Requirements

3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience with ERP in a manufacturing setup.

Strong functional understanding of modules like Finance, Inventory, BOM, Production, Sales, and Purchase.

Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one ERP implementation.

Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Must have experience working in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of its processes and workflows.
