Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a QA Manager. The QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance process, develop and implement quality assurance standards, and lead a team of QA specialists. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test plans, performing comprehensive testing of software products, and identifying and resolving bugs. Additionally, the QA Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance Management, including developing and implementing QA standards
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans and conducting comprehensive testing
- Strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of QA specialists
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving software bugs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the mentorship or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
