Support the Tech Operations Lead in delivering capital projects — assist with technical requirements gathering, vendor coordination during installation, system testing, UAT coordination, and go-live activities. Maintain project documentation and technical runbooks.
Vendor Coordination
Work closely with multiple technology vendors on a day-to-day basis. Raise tickets, track SLA compliance, escalate issues when needed, attend vendor calls, and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards. Support QBR preparation with performance data.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and system configuration records. Build a knowledge base that enables faster issue resolution and smoother operations.
Reporting & MIS Support
Prepare SOD/Operational reports covering incident metrics, system uptime, vendor performance, and project progress. Support the Tech Operations Lead with data gathering and analysis for weekly/monthly stakeholder reporting.
