Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune for a Senior Executive, Client Servicing. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering effective communication, and overseeing customer service activities. Additionally, the role includes handling finance-related tasks relevant to client servicing. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to effectively communicate with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Basic understanding of Finance is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage client relationships effectively
• Previous experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or design agency
