As the Manager – Special Projects, Noon Minutes you will be responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives across multiple business units, including commercials, supply chain, growth, and others. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require close collaboration with functional leaders to deliver on most critical priorities for Noon Minutes and unlock new opportunities for platform growth.

• Lead and deliver high-impact strategic projects end-to-end in tight collaboration with different team
• Leverage data insights and stakeholder inputs to shape recommendations and inform key decisions for senior leadership
• Provide thought leadership on the most complex, high-impact challenges, bringing structure and clarity to align teams and drive effective problem solving
• Drive alignment and governance across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and accountability

What you'll need:

• Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate with influence
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; comfort working with large datasets
• Experience with SQL is a plus, but not mandatory
