Role Overview

We're looking for an AI Developer who can design, build, and optimize intelligent systems like voicebots / chatbots, and recommend agents using state-of-the-art AI models and APIs. You should be comfortable working with foundation models (OpenAI, Gemma 3.0, DeepSeek R1, etc.), embeddings, vector databases, and building end-to-end AI applications that serve real users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement AI-powered systems using APIs such as OpenAI (GPT-4), Gemma 3.0, Claude, DeepSeek R1, etc.
2. Build and fine-tune bots (chat, voice, or hybrid) that can understand and respond intelligently in natural language.
3. Use vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB) to implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
4. Generate and use embeddings to enhance semantic search, personalization, or recommendation engines.Integrate AI modules into backend systems (Python/NodeJS preferred), web apps, or mobile apps.
5. Optimize model calls and prompt engineering for cost, latency, and performance.Continuously evaluate emerging AI models and tools to keep our stack cutting-edge.
6. Work closely with product and data teams to ship AI features with real impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid experience building AI-powered applications or bots using OpenAI / Claude / Gemini / DeepSeek or open-source LLMs.
• Proficiency with embeddings and semantic search use cases.Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.Familiarity with LLMOps concepts and prompt engineering.
• Strong coding background in NodeJS (preferred) or Python.Comfortable working with REST APIs and building end-to-end pipelines.Experience deploying and monitoring AI systems in production.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex/Haystack.Prior work with open-source models (Gemma, Mistral, Ollama, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platform (AWS).
