Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Relationship Manager will manage relationships with clients, understand their property needs, and match them with suitable real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, providing end-to-end real estate consultations, executing property transactions, and driving customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders and achieving business targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, client servicing, and customer engagement
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market, including residential and commercial properties
• Problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Proficiency in CRM and property management software is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate consulting or advisory roles is an advantage
