We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or company. The candidate should be skilled in managing social platforms, running ad campaigns, generating leads, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content
  • Run paid ad campaigns for lead generation
  • Track performance and optimize for conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for creatives and strategy

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media & digital marketing
  • Proven track record in lead generation & conversions
  • Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong communication, content, and analytical skills
