Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- .0–5 years of experience in architectural design or internship experience
- .Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite
- .Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
- .Strong drafting and design skills
- .Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Job Description
1.Design Support & Drafting:
Assist in the full architectural design process, from concept design to completion. Produce and review detailed drawings ensuring quality and compliance.
2. Project Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details under the guidance of Senior Architects.Adhere to project standards and respective DCR. Assist in producing construction documents and preparing site reports.Format and print drawing sheets.
3. Project Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural teams and external consultants (MEP, Structural, etc.).Ensure alignment on design intent and project goals. Support timely completion of planned activities.
4. Site Support:
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress. Ensure adherence to design specifications.
5. Coordination for Events & Presentations:
Assist in organizing events, lectures, seminars, and vendor presentations.
6. Continuous Learning & Development:
Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and software advancements.
