Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Dairy Production Manager. The Dairy Production Manager oversees daily production processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include optimizing production schedules, maintaining equipment, managing workforce efficiency, and coordinating logistics to meet timely delivery goals. The role also involves implementing quality assurance protocols and improving operational workflows to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, quality assurance, and safety management
• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and supply chain operations
• Team management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in monitoring equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Familiarity with inventory control and compliance with regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in dairy or food production industries preferred
• Proficiency in using production management software is an added advantage
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
