Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at our Gurugram office. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service and also by maintaining weekly and monthly targets. The candidate will also be required to communicate with customers effectively, resolve customer inquiries, and upsell our healthcare products and services along with collaborated teamwork within the organization's departments.

Qualifications

• Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills service industry skills are added bonus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to upsell products and services to customers
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or business
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
