Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Drive performance marketing KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth.
• Manage campaign budgets, daily spend, and performance reports.
• Build and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Stay ahead of performance trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for a D2C or eCommerce brand.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and creative collaboration abilities.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, or retention campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Comfort with tools like Canva, Notion, or Figma for ad planning and reporting.
