Redcliffe Labs is a leading diagnostics platform focused on delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable diagnostic services across India, with a rapidly expanding network of labs and collection centers.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned CHRO strictly from the diagnostics/healthcare industry to lead the people strategy for a fast-scaling diagnostics organization. This role requires deep domain understanding of diagnostic operations, including lab workforce, phlebotomy networks, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive HR strategy aligned with the growth of a diagnostics-led business
• Lead large-scale hiring across lab technicians, pathologists, phlebotomists, operations, and support functions
• Build and scale workforce models for labs, collection centers, and home collection networks
• Partner with business leaders to support rapid expansion across cities and regions
• Drive performance management, productivity, and retention within diagnostic operations
• Develop strong leadership pipelines for lab operations and regional teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and diagnostics-specific regulations, certifications, and labor laws
• Strengthen HR processes, policies, and systems tailored to diagnostics business needs
• Drive employee engagement across field-heavy and shift-based workforce

Key Requirements (MANDATORY):

• 15+ years of HR experience with current/recent experience in diagnostics/Healthcare companies ONLY
• Must have worked with diagnostic chains/lab networks (non-healthcare/non-hospital profiles will NOT be considered)
• Proven experience in scaling HR for diagnostics operations (labs + field collection teams)
• Strong experience in hiring and managing clinical diagnostic workforce
• Experience managing large, distributed, and operationally intensive teams
• Strong understanding of compliance specific to diagnostics/lab operations

Preferred:

• Experience in high-growth diagnostics startups or large diagnostic chains
• Exposure to pan-India multi-location expansion
• MBA in HR or equivalent
