Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for BDA US Process - Night Shift at Hindustan Recruitment. The BDA (Business Development Associate) will be responsible for handling business process improvements, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks will include analyzing business processes, communicating effectively with clients, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will require working during night shift hours.

  • Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Ability to work independently and remotely during night shift hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
