SEO Trainer

CDA Academy is looking for an SEO professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring and helping learners turn knowledge into practical skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver practical SEO sessions for classroom and live-online learners.
• Train learners in keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO and content optimisation.
• Introduce learners to e-commerce SEO, YouTube SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Provide hands-on exposure to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Google Business Profile.
• Guide website audits, competitor analysis, SEO strategies and portfolio projects.
• Assign and evaluate learner tasks with clear, timely feedback.
• Conduct doubt-clearing, revision and project-review sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and support those requiring additional guidance.
• Maintain accurate academic records, trackers and reports.
• Contribute to curriculum updates, learning resources, workshops and Agency Day activities.
• Stay updated with search-engine changes, industry practices and relevant AI applications in SEO.

Candidate Profile

• Strong practical knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress and standard SEO tools.
• Good communication, presentation and learner-handling skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring and developing people.
• Training experience is preferred. SEO professionals with strong knowledge and a genuine passion for education may also apply.
• Relevant certification or qualification in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

• Minimum 85% learner project completion
• Minimum 95% attendance and punctuality
• Overall KRA achievement of 90% or above

Work Requirements

The role requires flexibility to handle classroom and live-online batches across morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts. Sessions may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends based on batch requirements. The trainer should be willing to deliver up to two sessions per day and support workshops, webinars and learner-development activities.
