Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage In-Process Quality Control to ensure product conformity during manufacturing
• Handle Incoming Inspection of raw materials, components, and supplier parts
• Manage Customer Quality Issues, including complaints, rejections, and returns
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
• Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance
• Ensure adherence to ISO / Defence quality standards and customer requirements
• Support internal and external quality audits Required Skills

Key Skills Functional / Technical:

• Strong knowledge of In-Process, Incoming, and Customer Quality
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of inspection tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Defence or Aerospace products is highly preferred

Key Skills Behavioral / Professional:Punctual, self-learning and able to work independently.

Experience Requirements: 3 to 6 Years

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in mechanical / production engineering

Tools / Systems:MS Word / ERP / CADD (Preferred)
