Job Title: Back Office Executive (Hospital)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Back Office Executive to support daily administrative work in our hospital. The person will help manage data, records, and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update patient and hospital records
  • Handle data entry and documentation work
  • Support billing and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
  • Manage emails, reports, and basic office communication
  • File and organize documents properly
  • Assist front office and accounts team when required
  • Prepare simple reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • 1–2 years of experience in back office or administrative work (hospital experience preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Working Hours:
Full-time (as per hospital shift timings)

Salary Range :

Depends of Experience and Interview
