We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our International Blended Process team in India. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele while ensuring a smooth and efficient communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
• Basic understanding of international markets and cultural sensitivities would be a plus.
