Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, especially within Telecom and IT domains.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Operations) to understand procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant procurement experience in Telecom and IT industry (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
