Role Overview

We are seeking a ATL / Technical Lead (Java) to join our engineering team. This role involves leading solution design, coding, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frameworks. You will be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving engineering best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
  
  

Solution & Architecture

• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level designs.
• Evaluate and implement design patterns, scalability, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure application security, robustness, and adherence to industry standards.
  
  

Team Management & Delivery

• Mentor and guide developers and leads to improve engineering excellence.
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints with high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.
  
  

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in software development with core expertise in Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimization.
• Good exposure to design patterns, OOPS, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, memory management, and security best practices.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
