Firm: ATMS & CO LLP

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 3–5 years (in CA firm preferred in Audit)

Location: Thane Wagle Estate

Employment Type: Full-time

ATMS & CO LLP is a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Compliance, Advisory, and Corporate Services. We focus on quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other assurance engagements
  • Handle Direct & Indirect Tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Review and finalize financial statements and audit reports
  • Lead, mentor, and review work of audit and tax teams
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments with high-quality standards
  • Handle client interactions, queries, and advisory requirements
  • Keep track of changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist partners in planning, risk assessment, and process improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax & GST
  • Experience in handling multiple clients and assignments independently
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and audit/tax software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualified CA with CA firm background
  • Exposure to mid-size/large corporate clients
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage teams efficiently
