Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Media Buyers and Account Managers
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific communities
• Write compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that reflect our high-performance culture
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture fit, technical ability, and alignment with our client-first mission
• Coordinate hiring processes with internal leadership and hiring managers
