Content Marketing Manager - 12 Lakh

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead our content and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, social media marketing, SEO, and visual content creation using Canva. You will play a key role in building brand visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads through compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Create, plan, and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube
• Design engaging creatives, posts, carousels, banners, and presentations using Canva
• Write high-quality content including:
• Social media posts
• Blogs and articles
• Website content
• Email campaigns
• Marketing collaterals
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies (on-page & basic off-page)
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic growth
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and improve engagement rates
• Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and leadership teams
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithms, and content formats

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing
• Excellent knowledge of Canva (mandatory)
• Strong writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Understanding of content funnels and lead-generation strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (preferred)
• Basic understanding of paid ads content strategy is a plus
