Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveLocation: Pune, Magarpatta Employment Type: Internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude to achieve set targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduation (any stream).
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Care Executive preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
  • Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience:
  • 0–3 years in BPO, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience in sectors like banking, insurance, education, healthcare, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
