Role Description

The Factory Head - Garment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the garment manufacturing facility while ensuring efficiency and meeting production targets. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising teams, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The Factory Head will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order delivery and implement improvements in production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively handle production teams and staff.
• In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including fabric cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques.
• Experience in quality control, compliance standards, and production workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and address operational challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the garment and apparel industry, with a proven track record of managing factory operations, is highly desirable.
