We are a small team with a massive vision. As we scale our F&A core into Payroll, Supply Chain, and Automation, we need a Disciplined Operator in Gurugram to serve as our 'On-Ground Authority'
Eximius Next is a budding boutique BPM firm serving both large and SMEs clients across F&A (AP, AR, R2R), Payroll, and Supply Chain.
We're looking for a strong Service Delivery Leader to own our operations engine.
This role is for a player-coach who:
· Owns SLA adherence end-to-end
· Runs disciplined daily delivery routines
· Handles client escalations before they reach leadership
· Builds SOP libraries and automation use cases
· Drives transparency through dashboards and metrics
If you have 8–12 years in BPM/F&A, strong client governance experience, and a hands-on mindset — we should talk.
