Role Description

We are hiring a Travel Consultant (International) for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end travel sales and consultation, including client interaction, itinerary planning, bookings, and after-sales coordination. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving consistent sales performance.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in international travel sales
• Strong expertise in SEA and Middle East destinations
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong follow-up discipline with a customer-first mindset
• Handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel expectations
• Design and sell customized international travel packages (SEA & Middle East)
• Create personalized itineraries for Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai
• Recommend hotels, activities, transfers, and unique travel experiences
• Guide customers clearly through the entire booking process
• Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and travel guidelines
• Manage itinerary changes, upgrades, and issue resolution smoothly
• Coordinate with operations teams for confirmations and execution
• Maintain and update MIS reports, booking records, and payment trackers
• Ensure timely, accurate communication across all stakeholders
