Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience and strong expertise in the real estate domain. The role requires proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Microsoft Office 365, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuations, discounted cash flows (DCF), risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making, along with knowledge of Bloomberg Market Concepts. Key responsibilities include building dashboards, developing financial models, analyzing business requirements, preparing business documents (BRD, FRS, SOPs), and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
